Feeling Good!!!

I have been using PhytoComplete for about three months. I had been a vitamin taker for many, many years, as I don't get proper nutrients with the high paced life of two jobs and a disabled wife. Being a picky eater hasn't helped matters much either. Some foods that are good for me I won't eat because I don't like them. I'm stubborn! I have noticed an energy level like no other with PhytoComplete. I have been working in the mental health care field for the past 14 years. Mental and emotional strain exists in this industry. I think 'crazy' eating was a part of my life with the related stress. PhytoComplete has been helping me with these two. It helps me with my appetite to the point where I enjoy my eating now and not just look at it as a hurried 'crazy' function. The quantity of food intake has decreased and the quality has increased. I'm not stuffing feelings anymore. I used to fluctuate between 190-200 lbs. I dropped down to 180 lbs and have been steadily maintaining. I'm sleeping better too! I've not felt this good in many, many years. I take my PhytoComplete religiously and highly recommend the product.
